Hojicha Rolls

A 24-hour proofed dough for a soft and light bun. Rolled in hojicha (roasted Japanese green tea) brown sugar. Ugh, it's a woodsy, toasty, and caramelized explosion. Drizzled with hojicha cream cheese and dried rose petals.

 

Keep refrigerated. Serve warm.
